A plain way to decide between paying per app and paying one price per person for the whole suite.

Orbitly offers two ways to pay: pick individual apps, or choose Orbitly One, a single plan that gives each person every app. Neither is better in general. It depends on how your team works.
Single apps suit focused teams
If three people use CRM and one uses Books, paying per app keeps the bill tied to real use. Many apps also have a free plan, which can cover small needs.
Orbitly One suits teams that cross over
When most people touch several apps, counting licences becomes a chore of its own. One price per person removes the counting and lets anyone try an app without asking for budget.
A quick test
- List the apps you use or plan to use this year.
- For each, write down how many people need it.
- Add up the per-app cost and compare it with one price multiplied by your headcount.
Check the current prices on the pricing page, since they can change. You can start with single apps and move to Orbitly One later; your records stay where they are.
