Can I see a client's books from Practice?

Yes. Link a client to its Orbitly Books organisation and Practice shows what the client is owed, what it owes and its cash and bank balance, with overdue amounts called out.

How does GST filing tracking work?

Practice makes a GSTR-1 and a GSTR-3B row for every active client that has a GSTIN, with the due date worked out. You move each row from not started through documents received and prepared to filed, and can save the acknowledgement number.

Can clients log in?

Yes. You invite a client contact to a portal where they answer questionnaires, sign requests by typing their name, upload documents and confirm tasks.

Can I bill clients for time?

Yes. Log time by hand or with a timer, set a rate per client, and bill the unbilled entries to a client in one step.

Can I automate repeated work?

Yes. Templates and engagements create each period's task on a schedule, and rules can assign, comment, change status, create follow-ups or send email when something happens.
