You choose. Points can stay for ever or expire after a number of days you set, and expiry never lowers a member's tier.
Each tier has a points threshold, a multiplier and a perk description. Members move up when their points reach the level, based on lifetime points or a rolling period of up to 60 months. Refunds can lower a tier.
A member's code brings in a friend. After the friend's first order and a waiting period you set, both earn points. The waiting period is part of your programme settings.
Export members as CSV, receive webhook events for joins, points, tiers and redemptions, and anonymise a member who asks to be forgotten.
