Which file types can I import and export?

You can bring in Excel (xlsx), OpenDocument (ods) and CSV files. You can download as CSV, tab-separated text or a web page, and print.

Can several people edit the same sheet?

Yes. People see each other's cursors, and changes appear live. Access is set per person as view, comment or edit.

What chart types are there?

Column, bar, stacked column and bar, line, area, pie, doughnut, scatter, combo, histogram and bubble.

Can I pull data from other Orbitly apps?

Yes. A connection can bring a table from CRM, the entries of an Orbitly form or a CSV or JSON file at a web address onto a sheet, and refresh it by hand, hourly or daily. Your organisation's admin can switch connections off.

What does publishing a range do?

It gives you a read-only web address for one sheet and range, plus embed code. Visitors see values as formatted but never formulas, and you can take the address back at any time.

Is there a history of changes?

Yes. Versions are saved automatically and you can save named ones. You can compare two versions to see the cells that changed, and restoring keeps the replaced state as its own version.
