OrbitlyAssist

Start a secure remote session with a link or a nine-digit code, join a customer's screen, take control with their permission and keep a record of everything you did.

Pricing coming soon. No card needed to try it.

Take the tour

Help people on the spot, reach computers nobody is sitting at, and see how the team is doing.

Consent built in

A technician only sees what the customer shares. Taking control, moving files, restarting and recording are each asked for when they are needed, and every action goes on the session's record.

  • Permissions asked one at a time, at the moment they matter
  • Granted, declined and asked states visible to both sides
  • A technician action log on every session
  • Recording only when the customer agrees
Unattended access

Reach any computer, with guard rails

Put computers in groups and decide per group whether technicians can control, move files, restart or run scripts. Ask the person at the keyboard first, or skip that for kiosks.

  • Control, files, restart and scripts set per group
  • Confirmation prompt with a timeout
  • Wake sleeping computers before connecting
Session records

Every session leaves a summary behind

When a session ends, a summary is written from what happened: who joined, what was allowed, files moved and your notes. It goes onto the linked Desk ticket once.

  • Summary from the session's own facts
  • Notes, chat, files and recording status
  • Added to the ticket as a note, never duplicated
Cobrowse

Does the customer need to install anything?

No. They open the link or type the nine-digit code in a browser and join the session. Unattended access to a computer needs the agent installed on that machine.

How does the customer stay in control?

They are asked before you can view, take control, move files, restart or record, and can decline each one. Every technician action is recorded on the session.

Can I reach computers when nobody is there?

Yes, with the agent installed. Devices report in, show as online, sleeping or offline, and can be woken before a connection. Groups decide whether technicians may control, send files, restart or run scripts.

How do I get the agent on many computers?

Send deployment links, or push it with Group Policy, Intune, SCCM or the bulk deployment tools.

Can I use it from my own website?

Yes. Cobrowse adds a widget to your site where visitors enter a code or raise a request. You can hide sensitive fields from the technician.

Does it connect to Desk?

Yes. Start a session from a ticket, and when it ends the session summary is added to the ticket as a note.

Set it up in minutes. Add the rest of Orbitly whenever you are ready.
