Check in and out
Record your working day, see your month, and (for managers and HR) see who is in.
Attendance records when you start and finish work. You need an employee record to use it.
Check in and check out
- Open Home or Attendance.
- In the attendance card, choose Check in. Your browser may ask to share your location.
- When you finish, choose Check out.
The card shows your shift if one is assigned to you. You can check in and out more than once in a day; each pair is listed under the card, marked late when it applies.
When you count as late
Your shift decides this. You are late if you check in more than the grace period (set by HR) after your shift starts. If no shift is assigned, you will see "No shift assigned".
See your month
The Attendance page shows days present, late arrivals and hours worked this month, with a row for each day: first in, last out and hours.
For managers and HR
Below your own attendance, the team board shows a day at a time: My team for managers, Everyone for HR. Change the Day date to look at another day. It counts people who are present, late, on leave or absent, and marks holidays and weekly offs.
HR can choose Add or correct a day to add a record for someone, with in and out times and a note. It adds a record; it does not remove the person's own check-ins. Records added this way show added by HR.
