Embed a form on your website
Copy an embed code for your site and choose which websites are allowed to show the form.
You can show a form inside your own web page. Publish the form first. See Publish and share a form.
Get the code
- Open the form, go to Share and choose Embed.
- Pick the kind of embed:
- iFrame: the simplest option, a frame of fixed height.
- JavaScript: resizes to the form height and passes the page's URL parameters into the form.
- Lightbox: shows a button that opens the form in a popup over your page.
- Link / Button: a styled link that opens the form in a new tab.
- HTML code: plain HTML you host yourself. Tracking, CAPTCHA and parent-page events do not work in this mode.
- Choose Copy code and paste it into your page.
Choose where it may be embedded
Under Embed location, pick one and choose Save:
- Allow on any website
- Do not allow embedding
- Only on these domains (up to 5): type each domain, for example www.example.com.
If you pick Do not allow embedding, the form still works at its normal link.
