Accept an invitation

When someone invites you, you get an email called "<name> invited you to join <organisation> on Orbitly".

Join a team

1. Open the email and choose the link. It shows the organisation, who invited you, your role and your email address.
2. Enter your name and choose a password.
3. Choose Accept invitation. You land on your Apps launcher with the apps your organisation has switched on for you.

You already have an Orbitly account

If the invited email already has an account, the page asks for your existing password instead of a new one. Enter it and you are added to the team. If you forgot the password, use Forgot your password? on that page.

The link does not work

• It has expired. Invitations last 7 days. Ask the person who invited you to send it again.
• It was already used. If that was you, sign in instead.
• It was replaced. A newer email makes the old link stop working. Open the latest one.

If the password is wrong for an existing account you see "That password does not match the account for this email". Try again or reset it: see Reset your password.
