Subscribe to an app

You pay per seat, per month, for each paid app. Free apps cost nothing. The price of each app is on the pricing page and on its card in the admin console.

Subscribe

1. Open the admin console and choose Apps and subscriptions.
2. Find the app on trial and choose Subscribe.
3. Follow the payment steps.

Change seats

Each card shows seats in use against seats paid for, for example "4 / 10 seats". Choose Manage on the card to change the number. A seat is one person who can use the app.

Turn an app on or off

• Turn on switches on a free app.
• Cancel stops an app for your organisation.

Who can use an app

An app being on does not mean everyone sees it. People see the apps their role allows: see Roles and permissions.
