Reset your password

If you forgot it

1. On the sign-in page choose Forgot password?.
2. Enter your work email and choose Send reset link.
3. Open the email called Reset your Orbitly password and use its link. It works for one hour and only once.
4. Choose a new password, type it again to confirm, and choose Set password.
5. Sign in with the new password.

We always show the same message after step 2, whether or not the address has an account, so nobody can use this form to find out who does. If no email arrives, check the spelling and your spam folder, then use Send again (once a minute).

Good to know

• Resetting your password signs you out everywhere. You will need to sign in again on every device.
• If the link says "This link does not work", it expired or was already used. Ask for a new one.
• Your new password cannot be a very common one or contain your email address.
